These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided through our Disfold data platform, (https://disfold.com), and the SaaS product, Disfold AI. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Disfold AI offers various financial tools and services, including No-Code Backtests & Rankings, Trading Signals & Dashboards, Correlations & Extended Data, Key Indices Predictions, and a personalized Watchlist.
Free Features on Disfold for Non-Paying Users
Non-paying users have access to limited features, with advertising, such as company and market cap information, stocks and stock indices data, rankings and lists, and key US indices trading signals.
2. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Disfold AI is strictly for research purposes and does not provide financial advice. The tools and data provided on both Disfold and Disfold AI are for informational purposes and should not be construed as financial advice.
The accuracy and completeness of information provided by Disfold and Disfold AI are not guaranteed, and the software may be subject to errors or omissions. Disfold and Disfold AI ysers must verify all insights on external sources and are solely responsible for their investment or trading decisions.
Disfold and Disfold AI are not liable for any errors in data or system inaccuracies of ours or our providers. Disfold and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use or reliance on the information provided by Disfold and/or Disfold AI.

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

Disfold’s name, logo, website address, Saas product “Disfold AI” and related properties materials (including content of its related social media profiles) may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Disfold’s parent company.
